CrossFlex™ 570 Hydraulic Sealant, is a low to medium viscosity, Hydraulic Sealant, and is designed for use on all types of fittings, as a sealant. Because of its rubberized polymeric backbone, CrossFlex™570 can flex within a joint, especially dissimilar metals, which thermocycle at different rates of expansion and contraction. CrossFlex™570 is 100% reactive, and will polymerize, but will always remain flexible. This unique property makes it impact resistant, unlike legacy anaerobic hydraulic sealants. Although it will always remain flexible, it is slightly stronger in adhesion, especially at elevated temperatures, than competitive products, and thus provides greater reliability, especially in extreme applications. CrossFlex™570 is particularly well suited for long hydraulic lines under stress, and applications requiring migration resistance. Especially effective against “fluid hammer” or “hydraulic shock’, CrossFlex 570 is completely dispersible in all fluids, and contains no solids.
