Slightly stronger than a traditional anaerobic pipe sealant, Hydraulic Beast™ replaces legacy brown hydraulic and pneumatic sealants, with a flexible durometer rapidly curing polymer. Because Hydraulic Beast™ utilizes Adhesive R&D’s Patent Pending CrossFlex™ Technology, it doesn’t contain fugitive plasticizers prone to leaching out due to chemical or heat degradation. The formed-in-place-rubber nature of cured Hydraulic Beast™ makes it resistant to forces that cause brittle materials to degrade. When used on flat faced o-ring sealed flanges, it will encapsulate the o-ring, but will not bond to it, creating a dynamic seal.
